I just tweeted the first article I found online about how people found Sung in Obi-Wan Kenobi.

Yes! I got Disney+ bundle recently along with upgrading my iPhone. I’m actually paying less than what I used to pay for a better phone as well as Disney bundle subscription. Looks like inflation works irregularly somehow. 

Sung’s role reminded me Jim Carry. Maybe he can be a good guy if he remove his green mask. If those inquisitors were ex-Jedi, then, just like Anakin, some of those fell into dark side could come back later. Let’s see..

Reality vs. Fantasy

 

We can spend so many hours watching Sung and others doing cool stuffs as long as we know those are not real. But the fact Sung being cool is absolutely real.  :)

I must admit that I've forgotten about Sung's birthday until I see my friend's tweet that I quoted today! Shame on me! 

I'm actually visiting Disney's Hollywood Studio next week and was going to take a look of cool Star Wars photos! Hope I find something about the new series starting next month. We'd better stay tuned!!

BTW, my friend is in Japan where it is already April 8th while it's still 7th here in USA. LOL

Can’t wait for May 25th, 2022!

 I can’t believe I didn’t post anything for December and January! It doesn’t not mean I didn’t think about Sung. I was just running out of good photo or info to share. But today, I’m pleased to share the news (though it is not coming from me) about the release day of “Obi-Wan Kenobi”.

I tried to find out more about Fifth brother, but no luck with finding much. Similar to Fast and Furious, timeline of each episode/series are tricky, for which, this helps:

Then, I realized I am no more up to speed with Star Wars in general because I haven’t signed up for Disney+ yet. And I thought there will be more Han Solo series. Has it been replaced by Lando?

When should I start subscribing it?

 

There are too many digital streaming contents. It's impossible to catch up with everything I'm no longer sure what is actually "mainstream" lately. But Star Wars is definitely one of those "must follow" contents to me. I've grown up with Episode 4, 5, and 6. I'm not too crazy about the rest, to be honest. But I feel some spin-off works are not bad. But I haven't decided if I need Disney + yet. 

I was thinking keeping up with popular contents is not as important. But keeping coming back to the contents in 70s' and 80s' is not as cool, neither. I'm open to new things. I started listening to what Amazon Music and Spotify suggest me. Those latest technology made it easier for us to find what we used to like as well. So, I often find myself ended up with going back to 70s' and 80s' contents after all.

But what I'm listening to now is BTS channel by Alexa. I still don't know any member of them. But I started liking some of their songs. I'm even practicing how I sing "Butter," so I can impress my nieces and nephews next time we go to Karaoke together. 

Hmm... I didn't mention about Sung today. Well, the main reason why I'm debating when to sign up for Disney + is for this series where Sung seems to be holding a lightsaber. It is still not clear which side he may be with -- Jedi or anti-Jedi. Google showed the name of his role as "Fifth brother." It's still mystery. 

Good to see him talking live!

I know I haven't updated this blog for a while, but that does not mean I didn't think of Sung. I'm a natural-born SNS-junkie.

In addition to this type of video post, luckily, I was able to join Sung's live streaming a few days ago. He was talking to his two Japanese friends like this:

They were talking about a few events coming up soon where we might be able to see Sung. Unfortunately, I'm on the other side of coast of the continent. But it'll be nice other fans can get to see them and share photos/videos online later. I'll stay tuned.

Happiness may not be sufficient word to describe that feeling. I know what you mean. Well, mine is not as cool as yours. But I didn't see myself doing what I'm doing these days when I was in elementary school. Not sure if it is like "we made it" feeling. But when we look back, we were just a kid seeing nice things that look so so far away that we could never become a part of it. But here we are. Well, I don't have that much to show off like being a part of Star Wars family. But I think everyone can relate a little bit about this type of feeling. We are living in da future of our own childhood.

To be honest, how Tokyo was described in F9 wasn't satisfactory but I understand it was not their main focus there. But with Tokyo being the main location, we should be able to see more up to date Tokyo, hopefully.

We went to the nearest theater to watch F9 on July 4th!

I'm glad I didn't read too much spoiler in advance. There were a lot of surprises. In fact, I have to check Wikipedia or other online spoiler to confirm if I understood them properly. I must also confess that I haven't watched F7 ad 8 because Sung wasn't there. I'd better go back previous franchises to get more clarification for my own sake. 

I really loved that Sung was fully involved as one of main characters including at the very end. That seemed to be a confirmation that Sung will be in F10 and 11. Can't wait!!

Thank you for making us so proud, Sung! You've never failed to!!!
