So, it's 12/26! End of year is coming. How was year 2011 for you? Mine wasn't the worst. I guess we can't complain too much because we all know there are a whole bunch of more people out there who suffer or bear with poor conditions. I shouldn't forget to keep praying for those who are less fortunate. Though I do not have any specific religion, I believe in praying. Praying to make some differences.

Did anyone who attended this party take more picture that is less serious about copyright? I know he and his images are protected and managed by a management company. I do not want to put myself in a trouble by conflicting to their interest. But hey, we need up-to-date Sung.

By the way, no offense to the stylist/photographer/event organizer, etc.. but I always wish my hubby were the one who is in charge of how Sung's picture should come out. Again, no offense to all of his past photographers, but I know Sung's pictures can be in a totally different stage if he works with the one who is optimized to Sung. I am still waiting for the day to come.

I know, I have been slower with this blog update recently. This does not mean that I started paying less attention to Sung. That's not true and that will never be true! I'm back to USA! But running out of pix and idea about this blog lately.. Sorry! Let me use the one from Sung's tweeting. My hubby has a similar habit to which I often end up with yelling at him. You need to manage yourself! It's bad for you. Don't be a loser of your own temptation. Well, my enemy is a beef jerky. I'm a jerky junky. :P I like the one from the Amish Market near my place. It's really tasty. $19.95 /lbs. Kind of expensive. I'm trying not to buy this every weekend. Good thing for me is that they open only 3 days a week, Thursday through Saturday. And they close at 3pm on Saturday. So, I often fail to go there even though it's only 5-10 min drive from where I live.

Hope Sung post another picture which shows his face more clearly soon. Actually, I'm a lot more Sung Kang junky than to anything else.

Is it too bright for you, Sung? But we do want to see without shades sometimes or as much as we can. I don't mean to say you don't look with shades, but we just want to see you as you are. I don't meant to say you have to be naked. Well, we don't mind, though. lol~

I am trying to take more and more screenshots from Fast Five that I downloaded legally.

I know the camera is not focusing on Sung here, but I am focused on him!

I wish Sung tweet more with pictures of himself. It's great that he share what he sees. We love them. But it'll be even more better if he took himself more often... Don't you agree?

Administrative matter

In case my visitor wonders who else are also after Sung, I have enabled some visitor tracking tool and created a dashboard off of data I collected. Everything is free! I'm so stingy and can't imagine myself spending extra $$ for this kind of thing, but I do't mind spending my time doing this kind of stuff some how. Sorry, this article includes no Sung's pic, but I thought it may be good to include this kind of info from time to time.

Sung on bicycle

If you are following Sung's tweet, you know Sung recently posted a picture of his bicycle:

Looks like the same one with same decorations. I wonder if this Sumo wrestler doll is Konishiki, who was performing in Tokyo Drift with Sung. Remember the big guy in the pot? He is actually an American though he has been pretty famous Sumo wrestler in Japan for a while -- like when I was a kid. Anyway, just wondered and I may be totally wrong here.

So, this bicycle does not look like the one for an intensive exercise, but rather being used for a casual transportation method. I guess it's important to have alternative transportation over there in LA where roads become parking lots a few times a day.

Oh, by the way, riding a bicycle with ear phones like this is illegal in Japan. Not sure in California, though...

Can I come to San Diego?

This is another screen print I took from the preview of "Knots." I've never been to Hawaii despite the fact the I am a Japanese. Hawaii is one of the most popular vacation places for majority of Japanese. California, too, the other very popular destination for Japanese. But somehow, I'm stuck in East Coast. When can I see Sung in person again? It's been 4 years. When will he come back to East Coast? I thought he said he likes East Coast. Oh well,,

Here we go!

From this week, Fast Five is always with me! I downloaded it from iTunes store! I can't thank Jobs enough for letting me be with Sung all the time like this. I am one of those worst iPhone addicts, can't stop holding it in my hand 24x7 -- you can ask my husband and colleagues about that.

Anyways, I know most of the repeaters of this blog actually don't care about my personal addiction. I know it's all about Sung for that you keep coming back to here. I won't blame you 'cuz I know I'll do the same to those who post something about Sung.

Fast Five on iTunes Store is taking pre-orders now. I can't wait to purchase and taking more and more screenshots with my iPhone and iPad!

BTW, sounds like Fast Five is now in theaters in Japan. I know it's so slow. But I heard Japan is the only piracy-proof market. So, people there can wait even after the illegal versions are everywhere online. People still care about the legal version and enjoy the promotion period and pay close attentions to all the details like what models are there. I think Hollywood loves Japan.

OK. I won't pretend. I'm a girl. I have never been big on cars. Honestly, I don't recognize any specific models in the movies featuring cars. Wait. I'm from Japan. And I do feel proud when I see most of the cars I can see in the parking log of my work or the shopping mall near-by are Japanese cars. But that does not make me qualify talking about cars. I guess I can only talk about cars I owned in the past. But I do recognized RX-7. Because it's so famous, and that's the car most of fans from Tokyo Drift would associate to Sung's character.

Anyway, sounds like even more rare super cars were actually in Fast Five. I don't mind reading what Sung felt about them. I am also up for listening what were Sung's past cars. It's so good to know that Sung's favorite is a Japanese car! (Lexus LFA?)

Director of Street of Fire

Though I'm into Sung, I'm actually not a true movie lover. I mean, I just watch whatever. I don't pay close attention to the names of actors/actresses, directors, nor producers of most of the movies. But I do have several favorite movies that I still recall how much I enjoyed and don't mind paying some bucks to download to my iPad if I see the title in iTuens Store. Street of Fire is one of such kinds of movies. It was on my VHS tape for a long time back in 80s'. I record it when it was on TV in Japan. So, it was dubbed except the singing parts. Anyway, I just found that the director of Street of Fire is the one directing "Bullet to the Head." Wow... I can also recognize several other movies from 80s'. I used to watch Hollywood movies more often in 80s'.

I am now even more looking forward to see this movie. Sung's name appears 2nd in Credited casts list, but no name there. Wonder why...

According to Sung's tweeting with some pics and some online news I've recently seen, I believe Sung is in New Orleans, watching a dead alligator, and eating a fish dinner. And I believe it is for this movie:

Fate of celebraties in digital tagging age

I kind of feel sorry to those celebraties who lost big portion of their privacy which they probably knew they need to give up on a certain portion even before we get to this digital tagging age.

Technology could goes against us. Though I do not have any intention other than just sharing my obsession to Sung with other fans, I may not be doing right things all the time. I do enjoy finding more and more pictures of Sung Kang in them, I also feel sorry that he may have become a victime of our scrutinizing attitude.

Yes. I'm a freak. I don't mind people call me like that. (Actually, I'm freaky in many other sense, too.) But if I'm letting Sung feel like he cannot breeze freely because anyone can take picture of him at any time and upload somewhere online tagging, I will find it!

This must be from Sept 2007

I recently found someone posted this pix and I recognized his cloth. Though I already cropped out, originally, there was Roger who was also on the grass root tour for "Finishing the Game," next to a girl who appears to be a fan of theirs in this picture. So, I believe this picture was taken the day I saw Sung in person for the first time (well, first out of total two times only, though). I can still recall very clearly how happy I was when I found Sung in the theater in Silver Spring, MD. I wasn't 100% sure if I get to see Sung there. So, I was really really happy and excited. I quickly grabbed my husband and said "Oppa, Sung Kang is here!" My husband also watched Tokyo Drift and Better Luck Tomorrow before that day. So, he was also a little excited about meeting the actors and the director. But obviously, he was not as excited as I was. I don't think Sung remembers that. Well, he probably remember the second time I went to see him in NYC because my husband and I were the first two arrived at the bar where the event of the screening of UNDOING was held, and I was lucky enough to talk to him in person for a while (a while means, maybe 5 minutes..?) But when I met Sung in MD, there were already several groups of people talking to Sung and having pictures taken with him before I ask him the same. But I still remember everything he said and how.

It's been almost 4 years since then. I'm still eagerly waiting for my next chance to see him in person.

Maniac Collection

Have I confessed that I'm a mania? lol~ This is how I compete with other fans who put nice pictures together as a cool slide show.

Looks like Fast Five made top 100 most money making film all time by this time. And it is still going! After this long weekend, the ranking will get even higher for sure. I'm so proud of Justin and Sung. (I know people would say they are not the only two factors for this work, but for me, yes, they are. No offense to the rest of the casts/crews... actually, i admire them, too. it's just Sung is too good.)

Anyway, it's also really good to see increasing pageview of this blog never stopping. I can tell people like the pictures I'm sharing... well, those are not truly my pictures, but because some of them have been processed by me taking screenshots from videos and cropping/adjusting size/light, etc., I claim that it's "kind of" my pictures. Anyway, I don't mind people copying them and making their own work like a slide show. I can recognize my pix in many of those people's slide shows recently.

Well, that's actually not important. I really enjoy seeing increase number and power of love toward Sung lately from all kinds of people. So, it's really cool. More chance for me to find pictures/videos of Sung's I've never seen. It's like win-win structure, you know.

Sung's favorite food = Jja Jang Myung???

No. I did not confirm. So, don't take this seriously. Actually all of the stuffs you can find from this blog are solely for my own enjoyment/creation. So, you are not suppose to quote on me. Well, that does not mean I'm making up everything. Everything I share here is based on my best guess from years long of my experience as his No.1 stalker... umm.. scratch that... fan! :D

I'm actually having a hard time assessing how Korean Sung is. I should probably not categorize him like that, but just out of my pure curiosity. For example, I think my hubby is 100% Korean. Not so typical, maybe. But as far as what he eats and how he behaves/reacts, that's my conclusion. But how about Sung? Well, he has not grown up in Korea. But when it comes to his stomach, I think Sung is 100% Korean ajjussi. Look at what he got on his table in this picture! That's very much the same as what my hubby and I normally get for our Sunday brunch. Hope I'm not rude here making some analysis to the picture of his private time. But he posted this pic on public viewable location on his own. So, I hope it's ok and not embarrassing....

To be honest with you, I'm the one of those who step out the theater as soon as the movie ends. Actually, I'd rather stay, but my hubby does not that kind of patience. So, I missed this after credit bonus scene. But thanks to YouTube, I know what's going on without waiting for Fast Five coming up in DVD.

This is really interesting and exciting! But the question is, when??? Another 2 years? Because of this big success, hope they can shrink this interval. Or some smaller spin off version featuring Han will be even better. Anybody with me?

I'm a bit scare of seeing this rapidly increasing pageview number of this blog recently. It's obvious that people who enjoyed Fast Five and can't get Sung out of their head search Google and end up with this site.. But it's only a personal blog updated by non-showbiz person like me. I tried google search again with keyword, "Sung Kang" again. Now this blog appears as 5th of the first page. That explains...

I'm not sure if this blog deserves that. Not sure if I am sharing right information about this fantastic actor. I haven't been knighted by anyone for this. But all I can say is I see myself never stop adoring Sung --- unless my hubby asked me to stop. So far, he is cool with this. lol~

Message to newbies >> please check out my old posts to find out more about Sung's works. I posted links to some of the short films fearing Sung. (hope all the links still work...) Though he is already really cool and appealing from Fast and Furious series, you will love him even more if you saw his other works. And keep loving him like I do!
