BTW, I've never been to Universal Studio in any of the locations. It was my one of "to-do" list that visiting Universal Studio since first time I saw it on TV in late 80s'. After that, they spawn the park to Florida, then, Japan. How come I've never been tn any or them? Since I've come to the status, I've used up my saving and paid-leave for going back home every year. Not much time/money left to travel other cities. Then, I've grown too old to crave for theme parks. We don't have a kid to bring there, neither. So, I suppose that's why. I've been to Disney Land, but only the one in Japan, and that was already 20 years ago.

Anyway, this video does not have Sung in it. Let me share an irrelevant photo of Sung's below, just so we don't forget how he looks like.

Often seen with foods?

Thank you very much for those sharing recent photos with Sung with hints about when and where it was taken. I mean, I cannot fly to Hawaii to search for Sung, but it's always good to know what's up with him. He was once again caught at food related place.




I suppose it's normal that where we encounter celebrities tends to be a restaurant because we all need to eat every day. It's so generous of Sung letting his fans approach him and give "OK" for a photo taken and shared on SNS.

Somewhere nice and warm?

Northeast USA is getting another snow storm today. Well, it's not as stormy as it sounds. But it started snowing since this morning and it is expected to continue until tomorrow evening.

Meanwhile, Sung seems to be somewhere cozy. Thanks to https://www.instagram.com/sungkang_ufo/ , I get to see where he is at recently.





/ Based on some hints there, I found http://deadline.com/2018/02/jay-hernandez-cast-as-thomas-magnum-cbs-magnum-p-i-reboot-pilot-1202296505/  This article does not mention Sung, but Justin is mentioned as a director. I checked IMDB, but could not find this listed there yet. I guess we just need to stay tuned.

Looks like he goes Hawaii periodically. I've never been to Hawaii in my life. I wish I can visit there someday.

I was in NYC in the snow

I know it sounds crazy, but I went to NYC for a chance to bump into Sung. Well, I go NYC once a while anyway, and there is always something to do like try a new Ramen restaurant. So, it's not all about me being so crazy and keep checking instagram for a sign of where Sung might be. But I knew he was around there a few days earlier. So, even though I didn't bump into him, I was still very happy to be there. I took this picture from NJ side near Hudson River wishing that Sung is somewhere over there.





It started as a nice day with a little chilly weather. And I knew it was going to snow. So, driving to NYC was a bad idea. But I did it anyway.

Indeed, I could not get out of NYC before it started snowing, and I ended up with learning my car's several safety features like emergency brake, line keeping warning, or auto speed with cruise control do not work when it's snowing. Good to know. Well, don't worry. I came back to my friend's place in NJ safely.


OK. I know I'm making it sound so dramatic. It was my ordinary trip to NYC just to confirm I know how to drive in NYC and where to street park without getting a ticket or towed. And I tried one new Ramen restaurant. Mission completed.

Meanwhile, I really appreciate "sungkang_ufo" for her ability to find a nice photo like below. Hope to see more to come.

Overdue!

I know I'm not the only one wondering what's going on with Sung's instagram account. Is it hacked? I mean, no offense, but we want to see you! Look at the number of "likes" you are getting when you are in the photo vs. when you are not. I still "like" everything posted there and do enjoy seeing Sung sharing his creator's side. But honestly, it's seriously overdue! I know you are selfless kind of guy and do not want to make everything about "me." But we miss you. We miss you so bad.

Sung has been posting a lot of photos on his instagram account. So, I went ahead to Google search "Alexa HD camera." I didn't know it's a serious professional camera like that. So, it's not snap shots but may be from one of his current projects?

I plan to go NY (or perhaps just NJ) unless we get another Storm xxx in mid-Feb. Hope he will be in the area by the time I get there. Though it's not likely that I simply bump into him, you never know.

Still waiting for more news regarding Snakehead and Code 8. I know I'm not the only persistent fan who are patiently and eagerly stalking Sung online (and in-person, whenever possible). So, don't forget to post some selfies sometimes. You still have your iPhone with you, right? Or you may have switched to a Korean brand. But either way, taking a selfie and posting it on instagram must be easy (at least, physically). Don't worry about your bad hair day. We love your bad hair, too.

Sorry for the poor resolution of this image. I had to take a quick screenshot from a short video where Sung shown sub-second.

 Looks like Cable company is losing business over online video streaming business. I'm good because I subscribe STARZ directly and can watch this show on my devices. But I suppose Cable business still means a lot for traditional content production/distribution business. It's been a while -- like 10 years, maybe? -- since I paid for my last subscription fee for a Cable line. It helps me saving money. But I feel this non-cable dependent technology is producing a lot of immigrants like us never get localized even after a quarter century passed since we moved in this country. We are pretty disconnected from locals. We can't even say which is the most popular radio channel. But we are fairly up to speed when it comes to our original country's trends.

It's cool that I can subscribe STARZ directly. But I may be in trouble if Sung started showing in several other channels. But if the show becomes super popular, we may be able to view them eventually on another streaming service.

But if you are indeed a current Optimum customer, call them and ask them keep STARZ.
